If you wish to prevent messages from a specific user from appearing in your chat, you can achieve this by following these three simple steps:

1. Click on the username of the person whose messages you want to block. This action will open their profile.
2. Next, click on the three dots (⋮) symbol.
3. Finally, select the "Block user" option.

If you decide to reverse this action at a later time, you can navigate to your settings. Within the "Ignored users" section, you will find a list of all users you have blocked.
